Understand why experiencing failure is essential for growth. Learn strategies for managing your own discomfort while allowing your teen to face challenges and build real-world skills.

WEEK FIVE

Substance Use and the Adolescent Brain: Understanding the Dopamine Pathway

Gain insight into the neuroscience behind substance use. Equip yourself to have informed, open conversations with your teen

about risk, reward, and healthy decision-making.

Parenting Log: Each family will receive a private parenting log, shared with Renee and Meghan, to reflect on weekly experiences, questions, and wins.

Individualized Feedback: Every week, families will receive personalized feedback and guidance through their log—tailored to their unique needs and goals.

Exit Conversation: At the end of the 5 weeks, families will be invited to a 30-minute exit conversation to help apply and integrate what they’ve learned into their own family culture.
