About Us

Our goal is to remind you that you are not alone.

Meet Renee

I’m a speech-language pathologist, parent coach, and mom to two amazing kids—a teenager and a tween. Parenting is a wild, messy, beautiful journey, and I’ve experienced firsthand the ups and downs that come with raising kids through different stages of growth. From the early years of navigating meltdowns and big emotions to the tween and teen years filled with shifting independence, school challenges, and evolving social dynamics, I understand how complex and overwhelming this journey can feel.

My passion for supporting neurodivergent kids and their families comes from years of working closely with parents who are navigating this path. I’ve seen the joys, struggles, and resilience that come with raising a neurodivergent child, and I’m deeply committed to helping parents feel supported, empowered, and connected.

That’s why I co-created NDLittleWins—a curated space where parents can find practical strategies, expert insights, and real conversations about everything from communication and self-advocacy to school challenges and emotional regulation. But just as importantly, Neurodivergent Little Wins is about reminding parents that they matter too. I know from my own experience how easy it is to put yourself last, to carry guilt, and to feel like you’re never doing enough. Over time, I’ve learned how to take space for myself, approach parenting with more grace, and extend the same kindness to myself that I do to my children. My hope is that through our work, other parents can learn to do the same—because caring for yourself isn’t selfish, it’s essential.

Parenting is hard, and when you’re raising a child with different needs, it can sometimes feel isolating. At Neurodivergent Little Wins, our goal is to remind you that you’re not alone. Every little win—whether it’s a breakthrough in communication, a moment of connection, or just making it through a tough day—deserves to be celebrated.

Meet Meghan

I’m a neuropsychologist, but more importantly, I’m a mom—one who deeply understands the joys and challenges of raising a neurodivergent child. As a single mother of two boys, one of whom is neurodivergent, I’ve lived the experience of navigating a world that doesn’t always understand or support kids who think and respond differently. I know what it’s like to search for answers, to feel overwhelmed by expert opinions, and to wonder if you’re doing enough—or if you’re even looking in the right places.

Becoming a parent changed not just my personal life, but my professional approach as well. I no longer give advice from an ivory tower—I’m on the ground, 24/7, doing this work alongside the families I support. I’ve learned firsthand how complex parenting really is, how even the best strategies can feel impossible in the moment, and how much we need to tune out the noise, trust ourselves, and get back to what truly matters. And perhaps most importantly, show ourselves grace in those moments when it all falls apart…because it will.

That’s why I co-founded NDLittleWins. Parenting a neurodivergent child can feel lonely, even when you’re surrounded by information. There’s no shortage of expert advice, but sorting through it—figuring out what actually fits your child, your family, and your life—is exhausting. I wanted to create a space where parents don’t have to do that alone. A place where they feel seen, supported, and empowered to trust themselves. NDLittleWins is about helping parents step out of the overwhelm, define what truly matters for their family, and celebrate the small victories that make all the difference.

When I’m knee-deep in parenting, work, and the never-ending effort to find balance, it all feels like one messy, tangled experience—because it is. But in the chaos of it all, I do my best to carve out little moments to reconnect with myself, whether it’s taking a walk outdoors, savoring that first sip of coffee (while tuning out the circus of children screaming around me), or laughing with my community of friends and family. It’s not always easy…let’s be honest, it’s never easy, but those small moments help me find my way back to myself amidst the messy, unpredictable reality of it all.

We’re building more than a platform — we’re building a village.

Here’s what’s on the way for parents who are in the thick of it and looking for real-talk support, connection, and tools that actually help:

For parents who are navigating bumps, crossroads, or full-on detours — our live and on-demand sessions are here to cut through the noise. The parenting space is saturated with advice; we’re here to help you breathe, sort through it, and find what truly works for your family. We’ll listen to you, build based on your needs, and show up beside you — because we’re right here too, figuring it out in real time.
