Group Time: 1-2:30 PM

Feeling overwhelmed? Want to build a stronger connection with your elementary age child?

  • Scrolling parenting tips at 2 a.m. and still wondering what to do?

  • Tired of meltdowns and power struggles?

  • Wish you had a roadmap to your child’s brain so you could guide them instead of battling them?

WEEK ONE

Understanding your child’s brain

Learn how your child’s brain works—and how to parent with it, not against it. Gain insights into neurodevelopment that guide more attuned, compassionate choices.

WEEK TWO

Regulation & Co-Regulation

Explore why emotional regulation—both yours and your child’s—is foundational for connection, communication, and successful everyday interactions.

WEEK THREE

The Power of Words

Discover how to tailor your communication for clarity, impact, and connection. Because the way we speak to our kids shapes how they see themselves.

WEEK FOUR

Tuning Out the Noise

Feeling overwhelmed by advice and strategies? This week is all about filtering it through your values and context to build a plan that truly supports your child and you.

WEEK FIVE

Celebrating the Small Wins

Learn why honoring small victories is essential for your child’s and your own mental health—and how it builds momentum toward lasting change.

Parenting Log: Each family will receive a private parenting log, shared with Renee and Meghan, to reflect on weekly experiences, questions, and wins.

Individualized Feedback: Every week, families will receive personalized feedback and guidance through their log—tailored to their unique needs and goals.

Exit Conversation: At the end of the 5 weeks, families will be invited to a 30-minute exit conversation to help apply and integrate what they’ve learned into their own family culture.

Registration Opens May 15h
